Jitaas' Terms and Conditions

The following definitions apply to terms and phrases used in these Terms & Conditions, unless the context indicates otherwise:

• Due to violations: Failure to comply with these Terms or any other applicable policies.
• For security reasons: If suspicious activity or unauthorized access is detected.
• For regulatory reasons: To comply with international or local regulatory requirements.
• Inactivity: If the account has not been used for an extended period.

Any remaining balance after account closure will be available for withdrawal following verification. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Jitaas is not responsible for the following:

• Any issues caused by your internet connection or device.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Disruptions caused by server downtime or maintenance (in the case of emergency updates).
• Any financial losses or damages you incur from gaming.
• Criminal activity by other members.

If a dispute arises between Jitaas and a member, the following process will be followed:

• All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
